I had mixed feelings about my stay at Grand Beach Hotel Surfside West. While the location is fantastic and the rooms are spacious, I encountered several issues with service, especially during check-in. Although my initial room was disappointing, the hotel did eventually accommodate me by moving me to a room with an ocean view, which was good. but the hiccups in service left a sour taste overall.
